Nicole’s sentence is 90 hours in jail, which she may serve in either a county or city lockup, and a fine of $2048.
Ms. Richie was found asleep in her Mercedes in the carpool lane of a Burbank freeway when she was arrested. She told police at her arrest that she was under the influence of Marijuana, and Vicodin. She has until September 28, to complete her sentence. At least she will be out before the kid is born. Nicole was accompanied to the courthouse by Joel Madden, her boyfriend and lead singer of the band “Good Charlotte.” Mr. Madden is rumored to be the father of Ms. Richies baby. She was spotted at a trendy New York City Club last night drinking nothing but water and diet coke, she was also spotted hiking in L.A.s Runyon Canyon Park.
